As a consequence of the COMPAQ merger in mai 2002, HP decided to shutdown the Business Desktop Division in Grenoble, and move all the related business to the Compaq counterpart in Houston. To manage the activity slowdown, HP France offers the impacted contributors to work for startup projects in the Grenoble area.

Blue Eye Video is such a project, based on a technology developped in the famous INIRIA Labs, aimed at tracking objects in real time on video streams.

    In the HP Telecom Division, I develop an application aimed at migrating software packages from HP-UX to Linux. This software is written in Java and makes an intensive use of the XML technology.

    USP-M 4.1-2 (Linux) : RHEL4 introduction, connection of M3UA on top of LKSCTP (Linux Kernel SCTP), Packaging & Integration, build environnement management (chroot), OCEKs definition (OpenCall Enablement Kit), Linux Agility initiative.
